Faculty Development at NMIMS Bangalore

 For some reason, I have talked at a lot of Faculty Development Programs, either ones that we organised institutionally, or some that others did. I find it interesting to talk about research strategy, methodology, case writing and pedagogy for learning. Many diverse views generally emerge. So it was that we had a recent FDP at NMIMS Bangalore which I joined in late November. We primarily discussed Publication strategy, but also a bit of everything else that teachers contend with.
