Innovation is misunderstood. It is not only breakthrough technology or products, it's many small things too. We see them around us every now and then. On the road, in a friend's home, or in a restaurant.
Look at the pic above- it's a novel idea to combine small eats in a platter, served in a typical Masala Box that is found in kitchens around India.A blog about life, Hindi music, films, humour, books, people, places, events, travel, and occasionally, marketing management or leadership. Mostly apolitical, because that is a personal matter that each of us should decide on, and because I don't want to lose readers!
Project Charcoal
It's not what you think. It's the name of a rooftop restaurant in Indore, which we accidentally discovered. Great views of some greenery around, a great ambience and good food. Includes a bakery on the ground floor too. Had a good outing- recommended! He's got some Mario Miranda cartoons framed too.
Karnatic
A restaurant with a difference. A wide variety of Southern food, and global drinks. So we landed up there again, and with a Bambaiya friend, Bhagyalakshmi Venkatesh. She loved it, and we renewed our affection. Not very far from us, too, saving us a few hours in commuting- not everything about Bangalore is perfect!
