Growing up in Andhra Pradesh, mirchi bajji is a part of life. And we all grew up liking spicy food in general, the kind that makes you sweat. Though a bit mellowed after exposure to different tastes from across the world, I still have a soft corner for mirchi bajji. So it was a delight to have some, recently made at home.
